We provide you with a monthly payroll (payslip) and inform the tax office about your monthly FSS payment (Final Settlement System). What are your responsibilities?

What documents does my company need for your first payroll?

Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&A) and Certificate of Incorporation. M&A are necessary to inform the authorities who the company’s director is.

How can I obtain the payroll documents?

We provide the forms that need to be signed. If the company has booked the complete package with us, we handle these documents from the time of incorporation. When the payroll is ready, we send the payroll statements, transfer number, and the amount to be paid by email to the tax office.
