The use of a serviced desk has additional advantages: For one thing, you won’t have to worry about the organizational and administrative tasks involved in running an office, such as getting coffee or regular cleaning duties and can thus devote your time to activities that bring in money. For another, you get a fully equipped office space without having to invest in outfitting it.

What’s more, our service has a reception area with a receptionist. We also provide you with a meeting room where you can receive clients as needed. You’ll even get your own telephone number, answered by our office manager during business hours.

In addition to these advantages, there are of course more. You’ll be able to work in a productive environment, surrounded by motivated entrepreneurs—you’ll probably find yourself expanding your network.


Your desk

We provide you with an ergonomic chair, a monitor, and a rolling container. You also get access to our meeting rooms, where you can receive clients. One of the meeting rooms has a large flat screen to hold presentations.


Our penthouse office space, completed at the end of 2019, is located in Santa Venera, just a few minutes from St. Julians or Sliema. The spacious, accessible roof terrace is ideal as a venue for receptions and other events.

You also have access to our fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare yourself a fresh coffee at any time. The tap’s integrated water filter provides unlimited, wholesome hydration. The kitchen contains conveniences like a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher—leaving you more time for the important things in life.

Secretarial service

Focussing on the essentials and avoiding interruptions at work: We can also take your calls for 80 euros/month. How does it work?

  • When a current or prospective client calls you but you’re unable to take the call,
  • We will answer, from 8 am to 4 pm,
  • Then relay the information to you per email.
  • We can also make appointments for you, as you wish.

As in any open-plan office, the meeting rooms must be booked ahead, before meetings. You can use the meeting room for one hour per week without charge; each additional hour will be charged.

Yes, it is not uncommon for us to take care of our clients’ mail. If you’d like to use this service through the company secretary, just ask.

The shared workspace service costs 380 euros/month.

You have the right to terminate shared workspace at any time with a notice period of three months.
