With a clear mission.
DW&P was founded in Malta in 2013 with a clear focus: advising international entrepreneurs on company formation and tax planning in Malta. The firm has its roots in the Big Four world – with experience from EY, PwC und Deloitte.
What began in 2013 with a handful of clients is now an established practice with a team of lawyers, tax advisers and corporate service specialists. The reason for that growth: clients stayed.

Regulation & Licence
CSP Class C –
the highest licence class in Malta
Not everyone in Malta is permitted to provide corporate services. The MFSA issues CSP licences in three tiers. Class C is the highest. It permits the full spectrum: company formation, directorship, registered office, fiduciary services and nominee services.
This licence is not a title. It is an obligation:
- Regular inspections by the MFSA
- AML/CFT compliance for every client
- Reporting obligations to the supervisory authority
- Minimum capital & professional indemnity insurance
- Fit & Proper assessment of all staff
For you as a client, that means: you work with a firm that is regularly audited – not one that merely claims to operate with integrity.
