Blockchain Client of Dr. Werner & Partners

We are pleased to announce that Dr Werner & Partner could onboard a new client, whom we will advise and assist in migrating an exiting business case onto the blockchain, to implement virtual / crypto currencies as payment methods online and to market the business model through an initial coin offering (ICO, Tokenizing). Our client is successfully running online casinos worldwide and is currently being licenced in Malta for a “remote gaming licence class 1”. DW&P have been entrusted, to introduce the gaming system and platform to the authority and a test audience through the “sandbox environment” provided by the Malta Gaming Authority. We have been further assigned, to apply the new regulatory and legal framework concerning blockchain technology (DLT regulation) to the existing remote gaming regulation; to receive accreditation from the new blockchain authority, the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA) and hence to launch the one of the first fully blockchain integrated, fully licenced remote gaming platforms (Online Casino) in Malta. We have also been tasked to setup, advice and realize the ICO in Malta, again, fully regulated by the authorities.
