Honesty
We are clear in what we say. You won ‘t hear a ‘t “ from us just so that we can acquire another client.
We give you our honest assessment at all times. If the basic requirements are not right for us, then you will know about it. Although your satisfaction is our top priority, we will not always give you the answers you want to hear – honesty is always our priority.
Discretion
The handling of our clients’ data and information is, in particular, extremely sensitive and, in our opinion, requires special rules.
Internal rules protect this data and information to a particularly high degree. Compliance with these rules creates a fair and trusting atmosphere between DWP and our clients.
