The penthouse office, completed in 2024, is located in the heart of the Central Business District in Birkirkara. The central location provides quick access to surrounding business districts such as St. Julians and Sliema. Equipped with a spacious, artificially greened rooftop terrace, the office offers an ideal place for receptions and events.

Additionally, you can use our kitchens where you can prepare a delicious coffee at any time. Thanks to an integrated water filter, you can enjoy unlimited drinking water from the tap. Our kitchen also has a microwave and a kettle, and of course, a dishwasher – so there’s time for the important things in life.
Focus on the essentials & avoid interruptions at work: For 80 euros a month, we can also take your calls. How does it work?

As with any open-plan office, the meeting rooms require planning. Therefore, you need to book the appropriate room before meetings. You can use the meeting room for one hour per week. Any additional hours will be charged.
Yes, it is not uncommon for us to take care of our clients’ mail. For an additional fee, you can also use our scanning service.
We charge 380 EUR per month per workspace.
You have the right to cancel your serviced desk at any time with a three-month notice period.
