We are seeking to recruit a full-time Junior Corporate Administrator (English Speaking) to join our growing firm and assist with the routine day-to-day administration tasks.
An Overview of What You will be Doing:
- Data input and maintenance of client files
- Maintaining company registers
- Drafting of statutory documents
- Submission of statutory documents with the relevant authorities
- Assisting superiors with their tasks
- Handling day to day client requests

What We Are Looking for in You:
Core Responsibilities:
- Company Formation and structuring
- Assist the senior corporate administrator with preparation of statutory documentation;
- Assist with drafting of amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Statutory Compliance
- Prepare Monday Board for Annual Returns and Annual BO Confirmations and prepare the Annual BO Confirmations, including obtaining signatures and scanning and saving the document on the respective folder;
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers in accordance with the Companies Act;
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date company records, registers of members, register of shareholders and register of beneficial owners;
- Prepare and issue share certificates;
- Update share certificates and registers following share transfers or allotments;
- Registered Office and Company Secretary Support
- Handle administrative tasks related to the registered office including filing of documents;
- Save and file LOEs;
- Assist in the preparation of board resolutions and other corporate documents under the guidance of senior team members.
- Client communication and file management
- Communicate with clients professionally regarding routine corporate matters, under supervision of senior team members;
- Maintain organised physical and electronic files in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Onsite Inspections
- Provide assistance during on site inspections carried out by the MBR, including gathering and compiling the requested documentation.
- Internal process
- Update internal systems (SF and corporate files) to reflect corporate actions and regulatory submissions.
- Other administrative support
- Provide general support to senior administrators and management as required
- Assist with ad hoc tasks or projects relating to corporate governance and corporate compliance.

Reporting Line:
The Compliance Associate II will report directly to the Compliance Manager.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent command of spoken and written Business English.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a, Anti-Financial Crime compliance or Risk role, preferably within a local subject person.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT laws, regulations, sectoral guidance notes, and regulatory expectations.
- Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- A team player who is open to learning and supports the development of others.
